Welcome to Walk Yourself Fit
Pace and Performance Clinic
The public is invited to our walking group. 
The programs will be presented by and the walks lead by Donna and Richard Dawson.
 
This will be our final Pace and Performance workout for the 2017 season.  By popular demand, we will bring this program back in the spring of 2018.

The program scheduled is:

REV High School Track Final - walking form, speed work, timed one mile (5 miles total)

 
Meeting Location is the REV field parking lot on Opal Avenue and Independence Avenue.
