Welcome to Walk Yourself Fit
Pace and Performance Clinic

The public is invited to our walking group. 
The programs will be presented by and the walks lead by Donna Dawson.
 
Pace and Performance participants will meet tonight and next Wednesday night for two final track workouts, so that is what we are going to do!  
The program scheduled is:

REV High School Track Final - walking form, speed work, timed one mile (5 miles total)

 
Meeting Location is the REV field parking lot on Opal Avenue and Independence Avenue.
