Specific programs and training rides with increasing lengths and gradients will be presented to inform and condition riders for the April 14 Tour de Cure ride at Del Mar. The goal of
Team RYF
is to ride the Tour de Cure together as a team for the 100 mile route. Listed routes have been found for the April 14 ride under Ride with GPS and are provided on the Event Calendar. It should be noted that these routes have not been published on the American Diabetes Association website and may be subject to change. Today's Program:
Bicycling Safety Seminar presented by Ron Mutter. This program will include a description of various safety and ride signals used by cyclists along with rider etiquette for street and trail rides. Basic safety equipment will be discussed. The program will be followed by a 20

mile ride to practice these safety procedures.
