The public is invited to our walking group.
The programs will be presented by and the walks lead by Donna Dawson.
Walk Yourself Fit meets at the location and time shown above for warming up and announcements. When you return after your walk, we urge you to take time to stretch. As in the past, warm ups and stretching will be led by Donna.
Whenever we meet at the Olive Avenue Market, we encourage our walkers to take time after our walk for a coffee and chat outside the market!
