About this event
Walk Yourself Fit walkers will join Ride Yourself Fit cyclists for our annual RYF/WYF Ride and Walk event. This year, we will be meeting at Citrus Valley Physical Therapy here in Redlands.
Prior to our walk and ride there will be a tour of the Citrus Valley Physical Therapy facility. This will be a very informative and interesting morning with Dr. Brent Wild, DPT and his staff of physical therapists.
We will have out and back walking routes for all of our walkers.
This is an event you definitely do not want to miss!
