Welcome to Walk Yourself Fit
The public is invited to our walking group.
The programs will be presented by and the walks lead by Donna and Richard Dawson.
Walk Yourself Fit meets at the location and time shown above for warming up and announcements. When you return after your walk, we urge you to take time to stretch. As in the past, warm ups and stretching will be led by Donna Dawson.
For the time being, we do request that you provide your own water.
Protocols will be implemented and required as listed on the COVID-19 Information page on our Website..

Saturday Morning Market Walk and Coffee
We will park on State Street in Redlands adjacent to the where the Redlands Saturday Morning Market will be set-up later that morning. We will gather in the Ed Hales Park located on State and 5th streets to warm up before our walk. Afterward, we will enjoy produce shopping at the market and/or a little jaunt over to The Cupcake and Espresso Bar (formerly Augie's Coffee) on State Street to enjoy a latte!

START: Ed Hales Park (State and 5th streets)
State Street to Orange Ave./Cajon (turn left)
0.25 Miles - Cajon to Olive Avenue (turn right)
Alvarado (turn left)
1.0 Miles - Fern (turn right) (2 Mile Turnaround)
1.5 Miles - Center (turn left) (3 Mile Turnaround)
2.25 Miles - Highland/Cedar (turn right)
2.75 Miles - Highland/Smiley Heights (5.25 Turnaround)
4.25 Miles - Cajon (turns into Orange @ Citrus) (turn left)
