Welcome to Walk Yourself Fit
Pace and Performance Clinic
The public is invited to our walking group. 
The programs will be presented by and the walks lead by Donna and Richard Dawson.
 
These evening walks will be from 6 - 7:30 PM and devoted to walkers who want to increase their walking pace and stamina.  We will take walkers on a variety of area walking courses that will increase in challenge and intensity as the week’s progress.  At the conclusion of program, we will return to the high school track and time each walker for one mile to gauge progress achieved.
